Data formats found at the provided link are in xlsx. I’m i suppose to download the datasets in that very format and convert it to csv, or is it that the provided links are wrong.

The links are correct, but that doesn’t mean that you’re “supposed” to download the datasets in xlsx and convert to csv. This isn’t a guided project, you can just work in the app.
In any case, here are a couple of alternatives (other than downloading in xlsx):
- You can actually download in csv by clicking on Export and several different formats will become available:
- You can use the trick I provided in Download a file from DQ.
