Functions Fundamentals, class 11

Screen Link: https://app.dataquest.io/m/315/functions%3A-fundamentals/11/combining-functions

My Code:

def mean(data_set, index):
    new_list = []
    len_list = find_length(a_list)
    sum_list = find_sum(a_list)
    mean_list = sum_list / len_list
    new_list.append(mean)
    return mean_list

avg_price = mean(apps_data, 4)

The result is 4331 which is wrong, I am not even sure what I am calculating, anyone who can help me figuring this out? Thank you!

Hi @fabiana.fini:

Pleas make sure your code is properly formatted and indented. You may use these guidelines to assist you.

Also not sure why you need to have a new list when the mean should just be a single value.
