I'm curious about Duplicated app name of iOs data

I do Guided Project: Profitable App Profiles for the App Store and Google Play Markets
and in the process of removing the duplicated entries, I saw it suggests to remove only Android app on solutions page but I found duplicated app name on iOs too. So, I’m not sure if those iOs same name apps are the same app or not. Thank you for your answer.

This is clarified in the 6th Mission Step -

We don’t need to do the same for the App Store data because there are no duplicates — you can check that for yourself using the id column (not the track_name column).

The App names are duplicates but not the app themselves since their ids are different.
