I'm not understanding one of the given probabilities in this course section

I’m having trouble understanding the conditional probabilities rule in this course. I need help understanding it in the context of the problem below.

p_ram = 0.0822
p_gl = 0.0184
p_ram_given_gl = 0.0022

According to the conditional probability rule P(A|B) = P(PandB)/P(B), p_ram_given_gl should be able to be calculated by the following steps.

let P(A) = p_ram = 0.0822
let P(B) = p_gl = 0.0184

P(p_ram|p_gl) = (0.0822 * 0.0184) / 0.0184 = 0.0822

So the probability provided of p_ram_given_gl is 0.0022 not 0.0822

So what am I doing wrong and what am I missing here?

I made assumption that p_ram_given_gl was calculated by a rule that only applies to independent events. It was a mistake to calculate a conditional probability using the multiplication rule for independent events.
