Is the PowerBI table ‘Sales’ in the downloadable spreadsheet for the PowerBI course content?
I am working off my own PBI installation.
I have a Financials table, with a sales column… and no Orders table/column…?

You can download the files by clicking on the download button on top right of each data tabs. Does this solve your query?
