Replace Nan with cell above

Hi - I’ve been battling with this for a while but in a df, how might you replace the NaN’s below with the cell directly above it?

i.e:

[1,0] should = “Liverpool” i.e. [0,0]
[1,7] should = 3.59 i.e. [0,7]

TEAM / EXP. CS GW 25 GW 26 GW 27 GW 28 GW 29 GW 30 TOTAL
0 Liverpool SOU nor WES wat BOU eve 3.59
1 NaN 0.58 0.59 0.62 0.59 0.72 0.49 NaN
