The output of 'taxi' variable is wrong

Screen Link: https://app.dataquest.io/m/289/introduction-to-numpy/4/nyc-taxi-airport-data

My Code: for row in taxi_list:
converted_row =
for item in row:
converted_row.append(float(item))
converted_taxi_list.append(converted_row)

taxi=np.array(converted_taxi_list)

while inspecting the taxi ndarray variable it appears mix of int and float values

array([[ 2016, 1, 1, …, 11.65, 69.99, 1],
[ 2016, 1, 1, …, 8, 54.3, 1],
[ 2016, 1, 1, …, 0, 37.8, 2],
…,
[ 2016, 6, 30, …, 5, 63.34, 1],
[ 2016, 6, 30, …, 8.95, 44.75, 1],
[ 2016, 6, 30, …, 0, 54.84, 2]])

should have appeared as 2016.0 ,1.0 so on and so forth. The dtype although is correct as float64

Yeah maybe that’s how DataQuest displays, but if you check for the dtype of taxi you’ll see is float64
