Currently in between taking the Data science or Data engineer. Any sure ways to tell which path i would more enjoy?

It depends on what you are interested in. If you are more on the tech-y side and want to focus on storing data, creating databases, pipelines, etc., then Data Engineering path. If you prefer analyzing data, making machine learning models, then Data Science path.
I personally can’t decide either, so I tend to take courses from both paths 
It’s a bit time consuming way though.
