Why are the DQ Logos rainbow colors?

You may have noticed some changes to our logos last week - they’re all rainbows!

We chose to do this to help honor Pride Month, which has historically been celebrated in June. June was chosen for LGBT Pride Month to commemorate the Stonewall riots, which occurred at the end of June 1969.

Gay pride or LGBT pride is the promotion of the self-affirmation, dignity, equality, and increased visibility of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people as a social group.
